Join the Wearside Lib Dems 100 Club!

You can help us raise money to pay for our campaigns across Sunderland, Washington, Houghton and Hetton - and be in with the chance of winning regular cash prizes - by joining our monthly lottery, the 100 Club.

The draw is done monthly and the more people who play the bigger the prize fund.

What is it?
A savings club to raise funds for local campaigning. It enables people to donate regularly to the party whilst having the opportunity of winning big prizes. Many local Lib Dem parties run similar clubs.

How does it work?
People buy 'numbers' via monthly standing orders. Each number costs £5 and you can buy as many as you like.

Half of the money received each month goes to campaign funds and the other half goes to the prize fund. Two people win a cash prize each month if their number is drawn.

What is the value of the monthly prize?
This depends on the amount of people, but the first prize each month is usually between £50 and £60, with the second placed winner getting between £30-£40. Prizes are paid by bank transfer.

What are the detailed rules?

Who can join?

Anyone - it's open to Lib Dem party members and members of the public.

Then please set up (or amend) a standing order to the Wearside Lib Dems 100 Club, to be sent on the first of each month.
